Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing sesame or sunflower oil around the mouth and through the teeth. Both Kathy Willowoode and staff member Katie Anderson have tried oil pulling with good results. They will share their personal experiences with oil pulling, and then discuss its history, including some of the many totally anecdotal stories of amazing cures. This should be a lot of fun.
