Raised on a small family farm in central Indiana, I grew up immersed in agriculture. After studying Construction Management at Purdue, I spent 12 years in the building industry, leaving the Midwest for the Southeast coast of Florida. It soon became apparent that my true passion ran into the roots of farming, and implications of our modern practices, and was ultimately inspired to transition our farm from conventional methods, into sustainable, organic farming. Farm description- Maple Hill Farm is a small family farm in Tippecanoe county. Environmentally sustainable organic practices is our main focus. We employ cover cropping, minimal to no tillage, permaculture and organic methods to farm with environment impact at the forefront of our thoughts. Our current products produced include pastured pork and chicken, vegetables, fruit, mushrooms, soap, eggs, grain and maple syrup.
